Calm & Connected Parenting: A Virtual Webinar

Join Exhale Psychology Group for a practical and supportive virtual webinar designed to help parents and caregivers build skills for emotional regulation at home.

Parenting is deeply rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming—especially during stressful moments. When emotions run high, it’s easy to feel stuck in frustration, guilt, or disconnection from your kids. This webinar will give you tools to manage your own emotions so you can respond more calmly and effectively in those challenging moments.

Led by Lisa Smith (MSW, RSW)—a therapist with a warm, relational approach and a passion for supporting families—this 60-minute session will provide both education and real-life strategies for creating more calm and connection in your home.

You’ll learn:

  • Why parents’ emotional regulation is key to a child’s sense of safety and connection

  • Common triggers for parents and how to recognize them early

  • Simple, practical strategies to stay calm during difficult moments

  • Tools for modeling healthy emotional regulation for your kids

  • Ways to bring more connection into daily family life, even when things feel chaotic

After the presentation, there will be space for Q&A where you can ask questions in a safe and supportive environment.
