OUR THERAPY SERVICES
Individual Therapy For Young Adults & Adults
Individual therapy is a dedicated space just for you—your thoughts, experiences, challenges, and goals. At Exhale Psychology Group, we believe that therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected to your therapist. Our therapists take a collaborative, relational approach. That means we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model or in “fixing” you. Instead, we work alongside you to understand your story, identify what matters most to you, and support you in making changes that feel aligned and sustainable.
Sessions are personalized and may draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, ART, and trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, or a sense of feeling stuck, therapy can help you develop deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and practical tools for everyday life.
Most importantly, therapy at Exhale is about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and work toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and fulfilling.
We are a team of psychologists and counsellors, who offer individual, couples, family, parenting, and group services to kids, teens, and adults in Calgary, Alberta.
We offer modern, authentic, and evidence-based therapy services to anyone who walks through our doors. This means we bring our authentic and genuine selves to the therapeutic relationship.
Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.
