What we are looking for in a candidate:

You are a clinician who values depth, authenticity, and self-awareness. You’re passionate about the work you do and want to be part of a supportive, engaged, and fun team.

You are:

• A Registered Psychologist or Masters-Level Social Worker in good standing with your College or association, and carry current liability insurance.

Note: If you are a Registered Provisional Psychologist, you must have an external supervisor.

  • Someone with at least one year of experience in a private practice setting (familiarity with Jane app, how to build and sustain a caseload, etc.) is preferred.

• If you work with couples, you are trained in, and excited to work with, relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, and communication challenges. You enjoy supporting couples through conflict, transitions, grief, trust work, and growth — using modalities like Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, IFS, ACT, or integrative relational approaches.

  • If you work in perinatal mental health, you are passionate about supporting individuals and families through the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. You understand the emotional complexity that can come with fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the mental load of parenting.

You feel confident supporting concerns such as postpartum anxiety or depression, birth trauma, infertility, miscarriage, parenting stress, and adjustment to new parenthood. Training or experience in perinatal mental health (for example through Postpartum Support International or similar continuing education) is considered an asset.

  • if you are passionate about another area of practice- please provide info about what that area is & what training you have to support your interest.

• Committed to ongoing self-reflection and have done your own inner work through therapy, consultation, or other means.

• Someone who values community, collaboration, and connection, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What we offer:

• Beautiful, fully furnished office space in SE Calgary with free parking, Wi-Fi, printing, coffee/tea/water service, and access to our meeting and group room.

• A supportive and collaborative team that’s passionate about the work we do — if you’re looking to just “punch in and out,” this won’t be the right fit.

Part-time hours to start with the potential to grow to full-time (20+ hours/week) in Summer of 2026 (must be available evenings and/or weekends)

Biweekly case consultations and team meetings.

Team-building activities and a warm, engaged community.

• Opportunities to run groups, workshops, or webinars.

• A competitive split structure for contractors (based on monthly revenue).

Full administrative support including client communication, Jane App scheduling, billing, and onboarding.

Marketing and advertising included — with guidance to help you build your caseload faster if you’re motivated to grow.

If you’re looking for a practice that values authenticity, connection, and shared purpose — and you want to be part of a team that both supports and inspires you — we’d love to hear from you.

• Why you feel aligned with Exhale Psychology Group’s values and approach
