We are particularly excited to hear from clinicians who enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, self-criticism, perfectionism, trauma, parenting stress, and major life transitions.
We are also looking for Volunteer Office Assistants (see below).
What we are looking for in a candidate:
You are a clinician who values depth, authenticity, and self-awareness. You're passionate about the work you do and want to be part of a supportive, engaged, and collaborative team. You care deeply about client outcomes, are committed to your own growth, and value meaningful relationships both inside and outside the therapy room.
You are:
• A Registered Psychologist or Masters-Level Social Worker in good standing with your College or association, and carry current liability insurance.
• Note: If you are a Registered Provisional Psychologist, you must have an external supervisor.

Someone with at least one year of experience in private practice (including familiarity with Jane App, client retention, and building a sustainable caseload), although exceptional candidates with other relevant experience may be considered.
Committed to ongoing self-reflection and professional development and have engaged in your own personal growth through therapy, consultation, supervision, or other meaningful avenues.
Someone who values community, collaboration, and connection, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Open to participating in practice mentorship, team meetings, case consultations, and occasional practice initiatives that contribute to a strong client experience and clinic culture.
Available to work evenings and/or weekends and interested in growing a thriving caseload within a group practice setting.

• Part-time hours to start (5-10), with the opportunity to grow into a thriving caseload and full-time practice. Evening and/or weekend availability is required while building your caseload.
• Full administrative support, including client inquiries, scheduling, billing, onboarding, and day-to-day client communication, allowing you to focus on clinical work.
• Marketing and advertising support, including therapist profile development, social media exposure, referral networking, and guidance on building and sustaining a caseload.
• Regular referrals and opportunities to grow within an established and well-respected group practice.
• Biweekly team meetings and case consultations that foster learning, connection, and clinical excellence.
• Opportunities to facilitate groups, workshops, webinars, and community events.

Volunteer Office Assistants
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and community-oriented Volunteer Office Assistant to support the day-to-day flow of our boutique psychology clinic.
This role is ideal for someone interested in mental health, private practice, or community wellness who wants meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Commitment
One-year commitment required
Start date: August 4, 2026
Consistent weekly shift (s) (schedule determined together)
We are looking for someone who can grow with us and become a steady, trusted presence in the space.
Compensation
This is an unpaid volunteer position designed to provide hands-on experience within a private psychology practice.
Volunteers will receive mentorship, professional exposure, and may request a reference letter upon successful completion of their one-year commitment.
Responsibilities
Greeting clients and helping them feel welcomed and comfortable
Offering coffee, tea, or water in the waiting area
Restocking supplies in the waiting room, bathroom, and kitchen
Light tidying and maintaining a calm, organized environment
Supporting therapists with small tasks (printing, organizing group/workshop materials)
Assisting with event preparation and day-of support
Optional: Creating Canva graphics or supporting social media content
