Accepting new clients for daytime and evening appointments.

Hi, I’m Ashley…

Has life been feeling heavier than usual? Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, carrying more than anyone realizes, or you've reached a point where you're wondering, "Is this really how life is supposed to feel?" Maybe you've thought about reaching out, but you don't want to burden the people you love. You don't have to carry it alone anymore.

Therapy starts with building trust. My approach is grounded in building a genuine relationship where you feel safe, understood, and accepted. Together, we'll explore what's been keeping you stuck, make sense of your experiences, and help you move toward feeling more like yourself again.

I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting men's mental health and helping fathers navigate the transition into parenthood.

Hi, I’m Vanessa

If you’re feeling stuck in a life transition, navigating relationship challenges, or carrying the weight of grief, you’re not alone — and it makes sense that things feel overwhelming right now. I support adults and couples who feel uncertain, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, helping them reconnect with themselves and what matters most to them.

You might find yourself repeating patterns in relationships, feeling emotionally stuck, or struggling to make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and begin to shift these patterns in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in relational and attachment-based therapies. I help you understand how your past experiences may be shaping your present, while also building practical, personalized ways to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel fully seen, heard, and understood — without judgment — as you strengthen your relationships and move toward a life that feels more aligned and connected.

“Connection is why we’re here; it gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”

Hi, I’m Priya

If you feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, or painful relationship patterns, you’re not alone — and there’s a reason this feels so hard. I support men and women navigating trauma, ADHD, and emotional regulation, with a particular focus on healing from narcissistic, emotionally abusive, and high-conflict relationships. These experiences can leave you feeling confused, emotionally drained, and disconnected from your own needs or sense of reality.

I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle. I offer evidence-based, collaborative therapy that helps you understand the why behind what you’re experiencing — not just what to do about it. Clients often describe my approach as clear and direct, balanced with warmth, humor, and a grounded, supportive presence.

Hi, I’m Jen

I help midlife women and anyone navigating life transitions feel more like themselves—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’m a Registered Psychologist and a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I love helping clients explore the connection between mental and physical health so they can create their own version of wellness.

A big focus of my practice is supporting midlife women through perimenopause and menopause—a time often filled with identity shifts, hormonal changes, and symptoms that can deeply impact mental health. I take your overwhelm and help you find practical and tangible steps towards feeling more like yourself. I also provide a safe, open, and non-judgmental space to explore the full range of emotions you’re experiencing, guiding you from frustration toward acceptance

Accepting a limited number of clients with daytime availability.

Hi, I’m Alina…

I help people face life’s inevitable struggles while discovering their own inner truth, wisdom, and capacity to thrive. I’m a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University, and I practice from a strengths-based approach. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role as your therapist is to support you in navigating challenges while helping you trust yourself, connect with your inner guidance, and build the resilience to move forward with confidence.

I often work with perfectionists, high-achievers, and people-pleasers who feel like no matter how much they do, it’s never enough. Many describe racing thoughts, overwhelming emotions, and a sense of simply getting through the days rather than truly thriving. Over time, this can create distance from your values, purpose, and sense of self.

“Safety is not the absence of threat, it is the presence of connection.

Hi, I’m Nicole…

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps? I help clients navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths so they can move forward with confidence. I’m a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in School & Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Alberta, bringing seven years of experience in government programs and non-profit agencies. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people own who they are and what they need, creating a life that honors their unique strengths.

I work with teens and adults who may feel lost, stuck, or like the “odd one out”—whether that shows up as anxiety, low self-esteem, identity struggles, relationship difficulties, trauma, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly as you are, so growth can happen. Together, we’ll challenge limiting beliefs, process emotions in healthy ways, and take tangible steps toward self-actualization and wellness.
