  • Both in-person and online sessions are set between $180-$220 for 50-minute sessions (dependent on practitioner)

  • We don’t offer direct billing, but we issue formal receipts that you can submit on your own. Most insurance companies accept Registered Psychologists, Registered Social Workers and Canadian Certified Counsellors; we recommend you check into your coverage in case you are unsure.

  • We accept credit card and e-transfer.

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. For any missed or late cancellations, the full fee will be charged to your credit card, which will be on file. At any point within the 48 hour window, you can change to a virtual appointment, should that be a preference for you.

    For our groups and workshops, payment is due upon registration to secure and spot, and we do not issue refunds.
